#MondayMantra with: How You Glow + Turmeric Tonic

Enjoy this warming and healing tonic in the morning for an energizing, anti- inflammatory, cleansing boost, straight from the How You Glow girls. With the addition of maca, this tonic gives you an extra kick of energy that will last long into the day.

• 1 ginger tea bag
• 1 lemon
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 2 tsp ginger juice (from fresh grated ginger)
• 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 tsp maca
• 1 tsp honey
• sprinkle of cayenne pepper

1. Bring water to a boil
2. Place ginger tea bag into a mug and cover with warm water (not all the way to the top though)
3. Add juice from half a lemon, turmeric, ginger juice, apple cider vinegar, maca, honey, and cayenne pepper
4. Stir well to combine
5. Enjoy!
